👑 Royal Expeditions: Top 3 Automations of September 2025 (Content Creation, Video Publishing & SEO Blogging)
The second expedition dives deeper into Automatic Content Creation, where ideas are able to transform into omnichannel presence across various platforms
This month I was focusing finding and implementing automated content creation algorithms and here are my top 3:
👑 Crown Jewel #1: Automated Social Media Content Publisher & Prompt Composer
The following workflow dynamically composes prompts from Google Docs, generates platform-specific posts and publishes to different channels.
Business impact: It transforms a 2-hour daily posting routine into 15 minutes of approval work. Maintains consistent brand voice across platforms while adapting tone and format for each channel’s algorithm.
The gotcha: Initial setup demands careful prompt engineering (unfortunately a bit tough). Your social media schema and system prompts in Google Docs are the brain of the operation.
Medium to high complexity - requires n8n, OpenAI API, Google Docs, Pollinations.ai, imgbb, and API access for all six platforms. I estimate 4 to 5 hour setup to configure
Setup essentials:
Create two Google Docs: one for your Social Media Schema (defines post structure, tone, CTAs), another for your System Prompt (establishes brand voice and content guardrails)
Update both Google Doc IDs in the respective n8n nodes

👑 Crown Jewel #2: AI Social Video Auto-Creation & Multi-Platform Posting
Besides the content publisher from Crown Jewel #1, I was looking into this end-to-end video production setup that takes a simple prompt and turns it into polished short-form video content across nine platforms.
Here’s how it works: Fire off a text prompt or image via Telegram, and the workflow generates AI video with GPT-4 and Piapi’s Kling API, layers professional voiceover via your choice of TTS, burns in captions, archives metadata to Google Sheets, and simultaneously publishes to channels.
The trigger is adaptable obviusly; for Startup Insider I would use Slack propably as Text Input; or a simple Airtable Single Text
Business impact: Can safe you the entire video production cycle (scripting, recording, editing, captioning, uploading) into 20 minutes of review time
As we are thinking about expanding into different channels; this could potentially be interesting for us aswell
The gotcha: AI-generated video quality is highly prompt-dependent. Vague inputs produce forgettable content.
Like always
You’ll need strong prompt engineering skills and 2-3 weeks of iteration to nail your brand’s visual style (at the expense of those who want plug-and-play solutions). And also Blotato API costs add up quickly at scale… - Budget around $200-500/month for serious volume.
Medium complexity - requires n8n, Telegram Bot API, GPT-4 access, Piapi subscription (Kling video generation), Blotato API for multi-platform publishing, Google Sheets, and Cloudinary for media hosting. I estimate also 3-4 hour initial setup
Setup essentials:
Create Telegram bot for prompt submission and status updates
Configure Piapi account with Kling video API access (pricing tier dependent on volume)
Set up Blotato API with authenticated connections to all nine social platforms
Establish Google Sheets template for video metadata tracking (title, platforms, engagement metrics)
Budget for API costs: Piapi charges per video generation, Blotato per platform post

👑 Crown Jewel #3: Notion-Triggered AI SEO Content Publisher
Besides the social media publisher and video automation from Crown Jewels #1 and #2, there’s this set-it-and-forget-it blog machine that completes the content automation stack this month; transforming Notion database entries into published SEO articles.
Although I only use Notion personally (and not for work) I imagine this to be really helpful for people
Update a Notion database with topic keywords, and this workflow springs into action. LangChain AI and DeepSeek collaborate to research, write, and structure long-form content optimized for search engines, then auto-publishes to WordPress with proper formatting, meta descriptions, and featured images.
Which could be again intersting for us hihi
Business impact: It eliminates the 3-5 hour cycle of researching, writing, editing, and formatting blog posts. Also recycle parts of the automation!
The gotcha: SEO quality depends entirely on your Notion brief quality. Feed it weak keywords or vague topics, and you’ll get generic fluff that won’t rank. Also, AI-written content still needs human review for factual accuracy and brand voice. And you need the newest version / cloud version of n8n…
Medium complexity: requires n8n, Notion API, LangChain, DeepSeek AI (or OpenAI), WordPress REST API, and Gmail. 2-hour setup to configure Notion database structure.
